Return Policy

To return a product, you must call our Customer Service Center at (800)-545-9368 to receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) or by filling out our Return Goods Authorization form and sending it via email. You can only request the RGA # within 30 days after you receive shipment. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RGA# may be refused and/or subject to a 60% restocking fee. You will not receive a credit if the returned item(s) are not an authenticated RGA # created from HomeToDreamHome.com.

Refused orders shipped by common freight carrier will be subject to 60% restocking fee and a $150 freight refusal fee.

You must return products within 30 days after the RGA# is issued. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging as shipped by HomeToDreamHome.com. Any items returned in packaging other than the original packaging will be refused. We may not accept a return if the box is damaged or written on.

There is an average 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned for any reason other than a product defect or damage. This restocking fee percentage may be more or less depending on the item(s) purchased. Please contact us to clarify the restock fees.

Certain products are noted on the product page as custom or special order. These products are not returnable. Please call if you require further information.

Shipping Policies

Shipping charges are calculated based on shipping destination, products purchased, and shipping methods chosen for this particular shipment. Freight service to residential destinations, lift gate requirements, and quantities of products purchased will also affect shipping costs. Orders sent UPS Ground average 3 – 7 business days.

Orders sent UPS 2nd Day Air average 2 business days.

Orders sent UPS Next Day Air average 1 business day.

Shipping Backorders:

Sometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK. This is caused when an item sells before we’ve had an opportunity to update the information on the website. If an item is out of stock, HomeToDreamHome.com will contact you and inform you of items unavailable for shipping. If your project is under time constraints and scheduling is crucial, we highly recommend calling our Customer Service Center at (800) 545-9368 to assure acceptable delivery times.

HomeToDreamHome.com will make every effort to ship orders complete, but occasionally items will be unavailable and changed to back-ordered status. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll ship it as soon as it becomes available. If this item was included in a larger order there will be no freight charge nor will you experience any surcharges. We will notify you immediately if an item is no longer available, out of stock, or is placed into the status of back-ordered. HomeToDreamHome.com will not be held responsible for losses by customer due to scheduling of plumbers, contractors, or any professional hired to complete the project that these items have been purchased for. We do our best to get the products to you fast, but we must encounter too many variables that cause delays in product deliveries.

We will notify you via email or telephone should all or part of your order be canceled or back-ordered. We are dealing with very specialized luxury products and too often manufacturers change delivery schedules or discontinue products to allow for new product unveiling.

Multiple Shipments and Larger Orders:

When you complete a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or back-ordered, we will ship your order in two shipments to avoid time delays. You will not pay for any extra shipping charges for the second shipment. If you prefer to wait for one shipment for all your products, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate. Rough-in valves have priority on shipping.

HomeToDreamHome.com can provide complete new home construction or larger project shipments. We have provided decorative plumbing products for many of the most recognized hi rises in the USA. We have the ability to stage complete projects in our facility and drop ship larger orders straight from the manufacturer.

HomeToDreamHome.com observes all bank and UPS holidays so we can spend time with family and friends. These holidays include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Good Friday. If you leave a message on our automated voice recorder, we will return your call at our earliest opportunity on our normal business hours. Please allow time for a response as we may experience a heavy volume of calls to return.

Order Status & Tracking:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification showing shipper and tracking information.


Shortages/Damages/Defects

You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shortages (you did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped), damages or defects. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shortages, damages or defects. Although your product may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or defects beyond this point and you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.

If your product is received damaged or defective we will take one of the following actions:

  • Send a certified technician out to your home to inspect, and, if necessary, repair or replace the product at our expense or
  • Provide you with a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) so that you can return the product at our expense.

If the certified technician determines that your product was not damaged or defective or if you returned the product and upon our inspection we determine the product is not damaged or defective, you will be charged for the service call and/or shipping with an added restock fee.

Do not call a technician to come inspect the product in question. You will be responsible for the costs of any service calls, unless we send the technician to you as specified above. Additionally, manufacturer warranties may be voided if the service technician is not certified by the manufacturer.

When receiving products via freight service, you must inspect your items immediately prior to signing the driver’s paperwork, even if the box is in excellent condition. This might require the driver to wait some time for you while you go through these items to inspect for any visible damages. This will help with any freight claims should they arise. If you see ANY signs of damage or distress to a boxed item, be sure to note this on the driver’s paperwork, and also note that these items are pending further inspections.

If we need to send you a replacement product, we will send it in the same method it was initially shipped to your location. For example: if the item was shipped UPS ground, than the replacement will be shipped UPS ground. If you need to expedite shipping due to time constrains, you may pay to upgrade the shipping method to 3rd day air, second day air, or overnight delivery. Please contact us for upgraded shipping fees.

Inspecting the product immediately is very important even if the box appears undamaged. The item(s) should be removed from the box and inspected for concealed damage, even if you do not intend to use for a while.


Product Descriptions, Colors, and Pricing Policy:

HometoDreamHome.com is constantly adding, updating, and working on new developments for the website and sometimes errors occur. We are not responsible for errors or misrepresentations on the site. If you purchase an item priced at $100 and it should actually sell for $1000 we will void the order and contact you to see if you would still like to purchase this item for the corrected price. Colors often look different depending on your monitor settings or screen resolutions and may not always display accurately on your screen. Sometimes we can send color samples depending on the product and it’s manufacturer.

Product images shown on the listing gallery often do not represent the actual color and is used only to present the customer a rendering to what the item looks like.


Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased from HomeToDreamHome.com except when deliveries are made with-in the state of Colorado. Any purchase delivered with-in the state of Colorado will experience a 2.9% sales tax added to the total of the purchase. The tax will be calculated during checkout.


Product Availability

HomeToDreamHome.com makes every effort to get your order delivered to you in a timely fashion. Items that are in stock will be shipped with-in 1-2 business days. Should any problems occur during the shipping process, we will notify you by email or telephone. This will enable us to verify the products are in stock and can be delivered to meet your time schedule.

Online Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be returned for a cash refund.

Gift Cards must be used ONLY to purchase products online from the HomeToDreamHome.com website.

If an order is placed and exceeds the Gift Card amount, you must pay for the balance with one of our Payment Options.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Any unused balance will remain on the cardholder’s Gift Card until completely used or the card has expired.

No Gift Cards will be accepted after the expiration date regardless of the amount.


Redeeming a Promotion/Discount

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your Promotion or Discount code. Once a valid code has been entered and you have reached your order summary, the new discounted price will be applied to the total.
